Alcoholic actress Laura Winters and her personal assistant hire a down-on-his-luck charter pilot to fly them to Provincetown. Unfortunately, a combination of mechanical problems and an impending storm force them to land on what appears to be a deserted island. But soon after they land they meet up with one Professor Peter Bartell. Pleasant at first, Dr. Bartell turns more hostile to his uninvited guests. You see, rather than a harmless scientist engaged in “weather experiments”, Dr. Bartell is actually a renegade Nazi scientist engaged in more deadly experiments, dark experiments. His horrific goal – to create a solvent for human flesh by using the microscopic life forms of the sea! Will the mad Professor succeed? Will our rag-tag collection of stranded heroes stop him and escape, or will they eventually succumb as a new evil is unleashed on an unsuspecting world…
