A scientist, Dr. Abel, develops a drug called Serum Z that can re-animate lifeless body parts. Dr. Abel’s experiments goes awry when his demented assistant, Dr. Ood, kills him and then re-animates his head, forcing Dr. Abel to reveal the secret of Serum Z.
