“The Black People’s Party of Watts” is organized by two radically minded black militants (Perry and Robinson) to take back their Streets from the white gangsters pushing dope and prostitution. They clean-up the neighborhood, but soon things get out of hand as they become no better than the gangsters they removed. Can things be put right before it is to late for all?!?
