The girls of Alpha Beta need to raise $10,000 to save their sorority. They try a variety of schemes, all a bust. Eventually they met a group of guys – looking for some summer love – who claim to know the Beatles. They boys promise they can get the Beatles for a benefit. Of course they can’t, and the girls are going to be in a heap ‘o trouble if the Beatles do not show. No Beatles, but great performances by The Beach Boys, The Crickets and Leslie Gore.
