Friends and colleagues gather to commemorate the memory of ex-police commissioner Luk Kong during his funeral in Singapore. On this occasion three former colleagues come out of hiding to attend, knowing full well they may be arrested. The four were fast rising stars in the Hong Kong police force only to end their days under investigation for corruption.
