A trio of soldiers make a fortune in gold while working in the black market in Vietnam. When their tour of duty is up, they head for home. Two betray the one (Leon Kennedy), shooting him and leaving him for dead in the Pacific. Near death, Kennedy floats ashore on an island inhabited by two Japanese soldiers unaware that WWII is over.
